Mark and his team offer a comprehensive service. I bought a portfolio of, 5 bungalows, all were refurbished to a high standard, passed and rented quickly. I receive my money every month around 3rd, no hick-ups. I monitor everything with the bank on-line its easy. This truly is a ‘hands free’ investment.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thanks for the assistance received in finding the above apartment in Club La Cartuja,Calahonda. I particularly appreciated the objective advice and help given by Phil during my search,it made a difficult task a lot easier and certainly more enjoyable. I'm looking forward to the sale being completed in the next few weeks.

Once again many thanks,
